Why the Queen refuses to EVER use the word 'pregnant'!

All is revealed...

Queen Elizabeth II is already a doting grandmother to eight and a royal great-grandmother to six adorable kids. And early next year she can add another to that list with the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's first child in April, 2019.

But, Her Majesty won't be referring to Meghan Markle as "pregnant", as she reportedly finds the word "vulgar."

Yes, that's right.

According to Us Weekly, the term 'pregnant' is one of Her Majesty's pet peeves.

The report, which was published when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their first child, Prince George, quotes a Palace source as saying she finds it "vulgar".

The article states that Her Majesty will be telling people Meghan's "in the family way" instead.

It's thought this is a generational 'thing' rather than a royal 'thing' as Prince Harry has frequently referred to his wife as pregnant.

But, if we know the Queen, and her relationship with Prince William and Prince Harry, they will honour this and refuse to say the p-word when they are around her. After all she is the monarch - and a strict grandma!
