Urgent product recall: Popular pram sold nationally
"posing an entrapment hazard and injury to the child"

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has today issues an urgent product recall of a popular baby pram.
iCandy peach is sold nationally and internationally, consumers are urged to check the model of their prams immediately.

The ACCC issued the recall over faulty bumper bar which may "posing an entrapment hazard and injury to the child".
The recall is for iCandy Peach 2018 Pram - Belgua, Indigo, Dove Grey, Twilight and Cerium, sold nationally and internationally between 2 August 2018 - 31 December 2019.

The recall is due to: The pram bumper bar may be missing a plastic cap in the hinge, exposing a small hole when the bumper is hinged back.
If the cap is missing and the bumper bar is hinged back, a child may put their fingers in the exposed hole, posing an entrapment hazard and injury to the child.
Consumers should check each hinge on the bumper bar for a missing cap. Tobil & Co Pty Ltd will post a replacement bumper to consumers with an affected product.
