This hilarious sign in an obstetrician's office is EVERYTHING!

The last one!

The internet has once again proved itself to be the best source for realistic parenting advice after one pregnant mum shared an image of a hilarious sign to Reddit.

It caught her eye when she was patiently waiting at her doctor's office and she couldn’t help but giggle at the relatable pregnancy questions and their answers.

Everything from prenatal advice to what to expect after pregnancy is covered across the ten questions, this obstetrician is clearly asked. A lot.

So, he or she, has devised a very clever (and humorous) way of tackling them, because who doesn’t need a laugh when they’re waiting to see their doctor?

Ever wondered what the most reliable method to determine a baby’s sex is? It’s childbirth! Or when you can expect your baby to move after the first two months of pregnancy? According to the sign, with any luck, it will be once they finish college!

If any mum-to-be ever asks you whether ‘pressure’ is a better word than ‘pain’ to describe the experience of being in labour, the sign offers the perfect answer. It says “Yes, in the same way that a tornado might be called an air current.”

And if your hubby is wondering when you’ll begin to feel and act normal after childbirth, it’ll be right when your kids are heading to college.

Reddit commenters are showing their support for the sign sharing some of their own relatable experiences asking or being asked similar questions. A few even suggested their husbands hadn’t done their research and didn’t see the irony in the questions.

It’s not who wrote the funny sign but it’s pretty obvious their wisdom could only have come from experience.

We think it’s a great way to relieve some of the pressure surrounding pregnancy and the all too common feeling of having to have all of the answers. It’s a reminder to relax, enjoy the experience and remember that your mood swings and acting irrational are completely justified!
