WOW! Baileys Strawberries and Cream is here!

Summer just got a whole lot more interesting with the news that Baileys, the whiskey and cream-based drink, is bringing out a special Strawberries and Cream version in Australia. 

The limited edition creation is the latest pink foodie sensation - blending Baileys with a strawberry flavour and light and creamy vanilla.

But the drink, released next week around the country, will only be available for a short time, priced $34.99

And while the makers say it's perfect just sipped over ice, they've also supplied a cocktail recipe for Strawberries and Cream Colada to liven things up.

Strawberries & Cream Colada Ingredients

30ml Baileys Strawberries & Cream

45ml Coconut Rum or Coconut-Flavoured Vodka

Ice, to blend Strawberries

Method: 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend! 2. Cut strawberries in half and garnish (No. of serves: 1 serve, 1.7 standard drinks)
