It's official!
The royal baby is officially on its way as the palace confirms that Meghan Markle is in labour!
Megan went into labour early this morning and now sources close to her and Prince Harry say they are just awaiting the next stage before the birth is officially reported and Harry reveals whether we have a Baby Boy Sussex or a Baby Girl Sussex!
Meghan's 62-year-old mother is said to have landed in Britain last month well before Meghan was due to give birth. Friends close to the family have said that Doria wanted to be by her side for the event.
Prince Harry was forced to cancel part of a planned trip to the Netherlands – with his pregnant wife already being overdue with their first baby.
The couple announced the pregnancy to family and friends at the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle in October last year and then confirmed it in Sydney.
As rumours of the sex of the baby continue to circulate, the pair had previously said that they would be 'thrilled' to welcome either a boy or a girl to their newly renovated home of Frogmore Cottage.
Royal reporters took to social media to confirm the big news with fans who have been waiting patiently for news on Prince Harry and Meghan's first baby.
