How to avoid baby name regret

Have you experienced baby name regret?

August 18 2020

While some choose to change the name weeks or months later, others stick with their decision.

In fact, a survey conducted by Mumsnet last year found 18 per cent of parents wished they had chosen a different name for their bundle of joy.

As a safety net, an article published on Mamamia says British parents give their children multiple names – if they don’t like one, they can move onto to the next.

An article published on BBC America asking why Brits have multiple names says it's common for people to "answer to one of their multiple middle names instead of their first name; James Hugh Calum Laurie (or just Hugh Laurie to you and me) for one.”

What do you think? Have you changed your baby's name later down the track?
