Attention Sylvanian Families fans, you need to check your stash, you could be sitting on an absolute goldmine!

Here are the Sylvanian Families figurines and houses that could earn you a tidy little profit

The rarest in the Sylvanian families collection are the ultra rare giant ex-retail display figurines. Years ago there were competitions you could enter to win the 71cm size figurines, there are very few left in the world.

If you are lucky enough to have one you are sitting on upwards of $2000!

Ralph the giant squirrel has a current listing price of $2,400! It is not in mint condition, imagine just how much you could make if you have one in it's original packaging!

This vintage original Windmill with packaging from 1989 has a current listing of over $1000. The box and the windmill have been stored away from light, you will note there is no fading on the packaging or the product. A rare find indeed.

If you are lucky enough to own a Deluxe Village house in it's original packaging, the standard asking price is around $500. This is for the house alone, furniture and figurines in mint condition can earn you even more!

This 1987 ultra rare Deluxe Family Home has a listing price of $800. Others with an unfaded box have sold for double the price. It really does count to save the packaging and to store collectables correctly.

Another huge 71cm giant figurine, ultra rare, limited edition. These were often used in retail stores, supplies were limited at the time of release, they are ultra rare today.
