“You can play lots of different games on it. Some allow four players at a time, so you can play against your family members, or work with them as a team within the game. Good family games are LEGO Ninjago and Minecraft. You can do lots of cool stuff in the games. For example, in Minecraft you can play mini games too, like Minecraft Hunger Games, Snowballing, Gliding, Shovels. I like it how their are different layers within the Minecraft mini games Shovel – the bottom layer is lava, and you have to try to get your opponents to fall into the lava.  We watch movies on it too, because it has Blu-ray. The picture quality is awesome – even on our old TV. You can buy games as DVDs and manually play them, or you can buy an online subscription and download the games and movies and watch or play them directly.”

"Fortnite! I play this the most – with my friends from school and footy. You can do lots of awesome things in Fortnight, like rocket riding with friends, exploring different territories on the map, teaming up with players to battle other players, launching bazookas. My mates and I have headsets so we can talk to each other in the game. When you achieve a tier, you get a new avatar. You can also buy different avatars, graffiti tags and dances and moves. I have the Gentleman’s Dab and some different dances."

“Maxwell and his mates have been playing Fortnite in-rotation for a few weeks now. And I’ve been watching them! It’s rated 12+ (which I discovered after the fact) because it uses a server and anyone can request to join a game (they don’t have to accept them, of course). I always ensure that the kids he is playing are his age and he knows them. Admittedly, there is a lot of disturbing pick-axe action and shooting. On the plus side, there is also a lot of other benefits. I love that when they achieve a level they get a new avatar – often a kick-ass female. So Maxwell’s group of four mates playing are all girls in the game! I also love that Maxwell NEVER dances. But because the avatars all have these funny or cute or advanced dnce moves, Maxwell now recites these dances to me (at night when he is meant to be brushing his teeth and going to sleep)."

"I sometimes take it to my dad’s house on weekends and we play together when my little brother and sisters go to sleep. He is really good!"
