Meghan Markle is currently in the last few months of her pregnancy, and throughout it Harry has never been far from her side.

The Duke and Duchess announced they were expecting their first child back in October with the due date believed to be in early spring.

It’s now been reported that Prince Harry has made some changes to his lifestyle to support his pregnant bride.

According to royal sources speaking to the Express, Prince Harry has ditched alcohol and caffeine from his diet in solidarity with his expectant wife.

The Duke of Sussex honours the fallen at the Field of Remembrance Service, in its 90th year. The Duke planted a Cross of Remembrance at two crosses from Graves of Unknown #WW1 and #WW2 soldiers before meeting veterans, members of the Armed Forces and families of the fallen. Row upon row, around 70,000 crosses carry personal messages to those who lost their lives in service of our country. Each cross has been made by wounded, injured or sick veterans who have been employed by @thepoppyfactory

“Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement,” commented one friend.

“Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world, but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed.”

Apart from ditching caffeine and alcohol, he’s also taken up yoga, which Meghan practices regularly and his mother-in-law Doria Ragland actually teaches.

Only a few months left to go before he can have a celebratory glass of bubbles!
