The 123 bread recipe with a secret ingredient, beer!

Fresh bread without leaving home.

It’s the latest in home baking, beer bread! It is also known as 123 bread. Whatever you call it, it’s got the home baking world in a buzz!

The basic recipe calls for just 3 ingredients:

*1 can of beer

*2 cups of flour (self raising is best)

*3 tablespoons of sugar

If you can get your hands on self raising flour you can use plain flour and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda per up of flour.

Method:

Mix ingredients well, place into a greased baking pan. Bake at 190 degrees celsius for approximately 30-45 minutes.
