Kate Middleton and Prince William put on a rare display of public affection, while out for an official royal engagement at the Aga Khan Centre in London before their trip to Pakistan.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Kings Cross to attend an event showcasing and celebrating modern Pakistani culture at the centre named after Imam Khan.
While the Duke of Cambridge was mingling with guests at the event, Kate was seen stroking Prince William's shoulder in a sweet display of affection.

Body language expert Robin Kermode has said that while Kate and William are affectionate, Queen Elizabeth has been careful to set a precedent of a strictly "no PDA" policy for senior royals.
Mr Kermode said: "The Queen rarely holds hands with her husband in public and this seems to have set an unwritten precedent for the other royals.”
Despite often following the example set by Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh, the moment between Kate and William on Wednesday proved the pair are "emotionally close".
"It is very clear that William and Kate are emotionally close, however, they do not seem to feel the need to prove their love — particularly when on official state business," Mr Kermode continued.
"They come across as a strong, independent couple and while they are always on show, they do not feel the need to ‘show’ their love for each other to the world."
While Prince William and Kate were attending a special reception at the Aga Khan Centre in King's Cross, London ahead of their royal visit to Pakistan, the mum-of-three shared a fascinating tidbit into their royal home.
Chatting with guests, Kate confessed that she was most excited about trying the food on their upcoming trip, admitting that she often cooks curries at home for her family. The Duchess of Cambridge then revealed that while she loves her curries very spicy, the rest of her family do not - with the exception of Charlotte.
"It’s so hard cooking curry with the family though. The children have a portion with no spice, yours is medium,” Kate said to William. "And I quite like it hot." before adding: "Charlotte is pretty good with heat."
Kate has previously stated she is a fan of spicy food ahead of the Cambridge's royal tour to India in 2016, but William admitted that he "struggles" with spice.
"Me and heat not so good," he said. "I love spice but not heat."
