Hospital gives “crowns” to babies born the same day as Baby Sussex
So cute
A hospital in San Francisco ‘crowned’ all their babies on May 6 to coincide with the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby son.
California Pacific Medical Center's Van Ness Campus gifted crocheted beautiful golden crowns and gifted them to the babies that were born that day.
The crowns were made by crafty staff nurse June Shiraki, and the babies looked suitably regal in their royal headgear.
Nurse Shiraki has been crocheting hats for newborn to keep their heads warm, and decided to do something special to celebrate the new Royal baby.
Eight baby girls and one boy were the lucky recipients of the cute crowns.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to announce the name of their baby shortly, and he is also expected to make his debut appearance to the media in the next day or so.
