Actor Ben Affleck has returned to rehab for the third time after his ex-wife Jennifer Garner staged an intervention.

Jen, 46, showed up at Affleck’s house and begged paparazzi to give them some space so she could drive the actor from his Pacific Palisades home.

“This is hard enough as it is,” said the actress, asking them to “show some respect.”

The actor has reportedly checked in to The Canyon rehab live-in facility, just days after he was spotted taking a delivery of several bottles of alcohol outside his home.

The Daredevil star has talked openly and frankly about his addiction in the past. In a Facebook post he said: 'I have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something I've dealt with in the past and will continue to confront.'

'I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step.'

Affleck, 47, has recently split from SNL producer Lindsay Shookus, who he had been dating for around a year. More recently, he has been spotted with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

Affleck and Garner have been separated since 2015 and have three children, Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine and Samuel, six.

We hope for his family’s sake the actor gets better soon.
