Australian Christmas gin is here

And it tastes just like pudding.

October 25 2018

Forget about dry old fruitcake this Christmas. Get your pudding fix with Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin for that extra festive spirit.

Four Pillars founder and distiller Cameron Mackenzie makes the deliciously festive tipple by distilling his mother’s 1968 pudding recipe and adding juniper, cinnamon, star anise, coriander and angelica. For an added layer of richness and complexity, it’s blended with aged gin, Rutherglen Classic Muscat and Four Pillar’s own muscat, which has been stored in barrels which previously aged Pedro Ximenez.

This year Melbourne artist Stephen Baker's artwork 'Basking in the Sun' adorns the label, reflecting everything that is “great about a hot Aussie Christmas”.

Drink it neat or whip up an extra-festive cocktail.
